1. हे ॲप कोणासाठी आहे

College Accounting App हे कॉलेज / ITI संस्थांसाठी फी, खर्च, पगार व हिशोबाचे ॲप आहे. ते फक्त ज्या संस्थेने आमची सेवा घेतली आहे तिचे कर्मचारी (Administrator, लेखापाल, Viewer) आणि त्या संस्थेने लॉगिन दिलेले विद्यार्थी वापरू शकतात. प्रत्येक संस्थेचा डेटा त्या संस्थेच्या मालकीचा असतो; आम्ही तो फक्त संस्थेसाठी सांभाळतो.

College Accounting App is a fee, expense, salary and accounts app for colleges and ITIs. It can be used only by the staff of an institute that has subscribed to the service and by students who were given a sign-in by that institute. Each institute owns its data; we only keep it on the institute's behalf.

2. कोणती माहिती असते

• कर्मचारी खाते: नाव, ई-मेल, मोबाईल (असल्यास), भूमिका आणि पासवर्ड (फक्त सुरक्षित hash स्वरूपात).
• विद्यार्थी: संस्थेने भरलेली माहिती — नाव, प्रवेश / रोल क्रमांक, ट्रेड, मोबाईल, फी, पावत्या, हप्ते, शिष्यवृत्ती. विद्यार्थी लॉगिन मोबाईल नंबर व पासवर्डने होते; विद्यार्थी फक्त स्वतःची माहिती पाहू शकतो.
• संस्थेचा हिशोब: खर्च, उत्पन्न, कर्मचाऱ्यांचा पगार व हजेरी, सप्लायरची बिले, बँक / रोख नोंदी.
• सूचना: फी जमा झाल्याच्या ॲपमधील सूचना.
• सुरक्षिततेसाठी नोंद: लॉगिन, बदल आणि छपाईची वेळ व IP पत्ता (गैरवापर टाळण्यासाठी).

We keep: staff accounts (name, e-mail, mobile if given, role, hashed password); student records entered by the institute (name, admission / roll no., trade, mobile, fees, receipts, instalments, scholarship) — students sign in with their mobile number and password and see only their own record; the institute's accounts (expenses, income, salary and attendance, supplier bills, cash / bank entries); in-app notifications about fee payments; and security logs (sign-ins, changes, prints with time and IP address).

3. माहिती कुठे साठवली जाते

सर्व माहिती आमच्या सर्व्हरवर साठवली जाते. प्रत्येक संस्थेचा डेटाबेस वेगळा असतो, त्यामुळे एका संस्थेची माहिती दुसऱ्या संस्थेला दिसत नाही. सर्व जोडणी HTTPS ने एन्क्रिप्ट केलेली असते. फोनमध्ये हिशोबाचा डेटा साठवला जात नाही; फोनमध्ये फक्त लॉगिन लक्षात ठेवणारी cookie आणि निवडलेल्या संस्थेचा कोड असतो.

All data is stored on our server. Every institute has its own separate database, so one institute can never see another's data. All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. No accounting data is stored on the phone; the phone keeps only a sign-in cookie and the chosen institute code.

4. माहितीचा वापर आणि शेअरिंग

• माहिती फक्त संबंधित संस्थेच्या हिशोबासाठी वापरली जाते.
• माहिती विकली जात नाही आणि जाहिरातींसाठी वापरली जात नाही. ॲपमध्ये जाहिराती किंवा tracking नाही.
• संस्था स्वतः WhatsApp, ई-मेल किंवा SMS ने पावती / आठवण / सूचना पाठवते तेव्हाच ती माहिती त्या सेवेकडे जाते.
• संस्थेने ऑनलाईन नूतनीकरण केल्यास पैसे Razorpay द्वारे घेतले जातात; कार्ड / बँक माहिती आमच्याकडे येत नाही.
• कायद्याने आवश्यक असल्यास (उदा. ऑडिट / सरकारी तपासणी) माहिती दिली जाऊ शकते.

Data is used only for the accounts of the institute it belongs to. It is never sold or used for advertising; the app has no ads or trackers. Data leaves the server only when the institute chooses to send a receipt, reminder or notification by WhatsApp, e-mail or SMS, or when the law requires it (e.g. an audit). Online subscription payments by institutes go through Razorpay; card / bank details never reach us.

5. परवानग्या (Permissions)

ॲपला फक्त इंटरनेट लागते. कॅमेरा, संपर्क, फोटो किंवा लोकेशन ॲप वापरत नाही. फाईल अपलोड करताना तुम्ही स्वतः फाईल निवडता; डाउनलोड केलेल्या पावत्या / Excel फोनच्या Downloads मध्ये जातात.

The app needs only internet access. It does not use the camera, contacts, photos or location. When you upload a file you pick it yourself; downloaded receipts / Excel files go to the phone's Downloads folder.

6. माहिती काढणे / बदलणे · Deleting your data

कर्मचारी किंवा विद्यार्थ्याने आपली माहिती बदलायची / काढायची असल्यास आपल्या संस्थेच्या Administrator ला सांगावे. संस्थेने सेवा बंद केल्यास, संस्थेच्या विनंतीवर तिचा संपूर्ण डेटाबेस काढून टाकला जातो (कायद्याने ठेवायच्या नोंदी सोडून). थेट विनंतीसाठी खालील संपर्क वापरा.

Staff and students: ask your institute's administrator to correct or delete your data. When an institute leaves the service, its whole database is deleted on its request (except records the law requires it to keep). You can also contact us directly using the details below.

7. मुले · Children

विद्यार्थ्यांची माहिती संस्था भरते आणि विद्यार्थ्यांचे लॉगिन संस्थाच देते. ॲप सामान्य लोकांसाठी किंवा मुलांच्या स्वतःच्या नोंदणीसाठी नाही.

Student records are entered by the institute and student sign-ins are created only by the institute. The app is not open for public or self sign-up by children.
